BEFORE YOU WRITE.

How do I cancel my membership?

Sign in, go to Account → Membership → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

When are draws conducted?

Each draw runs the day after entries close. Winners are notified within 24 hours and announced publicly within 72.

Can I get a refund?

Membership fees are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime. Credits already allocated to draws stay in those draws.

Is the Society legally compliant?

Yes — every draw runs under a NSW trade-promotion lottery permit. See /au/permits for the live list.
